
| At 25 Hz frequency, the feeding rail is moved with
an horizontal comings and goings movement. Parts are moved in the feeding direction thanks to the linear movement of the rail, and then this movement is reversed with a very fast speed (return speed : 10 to 15 times faster). While the reversed movement of the rail, thanks to their inertia, the parts keep their forward movement. The movements of the rail are stictly controlled by the movement law of the mechanism's cams. |
